Quitting can be a scary step to take, but sometimes it is the absolute best choice. In the case of this blue-collar employee, it was epic. He had enough of the lack of communication between him and the management. However, for some reason, he got pulled into a meeting about his lack of communication. This made him “boil,” so he decided he was going to quit.
However, when he set up the meeting, it was just his manager trying to speak over him and gaslight him into thinking he was till in the wrong. Finally, he has to cut his manager off to let him know that everything he was saying does not matter because he is quitting.

Unfortunately, this did not stop this incompetent manager from talking over his now-ex-employee. It's these kinds of “professional” situations that you are forced to sit through that causes you to have the biggest eye rolls you will ever experience in your life. How do people have this much AUDACITY?!

Luckily, we all have free will and our managers can't take that away from us. So if we are pushed to our limits, or, heck, even before it gets to that point, we have the right to quit and walk away. Why can't managers understand that? They think they can get away with treating their employees as if they are lesser than them, but we're all just people living in a society trying to earn a living. Clock in, bestie.
